Built around how sticker makers actually work
Vinyl by the roll, sold by the sticker
A 150 ft roll becomes hundreds of stickers across a dozen designs. Keepsel tracks the roll in feet and each design's use in its recipe, so you always know the cost per sticker and how many feet you have left.
Matte, glossy, holo: each finish is its own item
The same design in three finishes and three sizes is nine different products with nine different costs. From the Maker plan, variations keep every combination tracked and priced without a mess of separate products.
Ink and laminate are invisible costs
Per-print ink and laminate feel free until you total a year of them. Put consumables in the recipe and your per-sticker cost is real, including the parts you never used to count.
Die-cut waste is real
Weeding and edge waste mean a sheet never yields what the math says. Build a waste allowance into each recipe so pricing reflects what a design actually consumes.
Holographic Logo Sticker (3 in), costed line by line
This is the math Keepsel does for every product you make: every line from its recipe, updated whenever a material's price changes.
Singles carry the margin that pays for pack discounts. Keepsel shows the margin on each, so a 5-pack price is still profitable.

A day in Keepsel, for sticker makers
Step 1
Set up rolls as materials
Vinyl, laminate and transfer tape tracked by the foot: bought by the roll, used by the design.
Step 2
Build each design as a product
Singles and packs each get a recipe, a cost and a price; from the Maker plan, every size and finish can be a variation with its own material use.
Step 3
Log a print-and-cut run
From the Maker plan, a work order for a 200-sticker run draws down vinyl, laminate and ink, and adds finished stickers to sellable stock (work orders up to 10 a month on Maker as a trial and 100 on Team, unlimited on Business and Enterprise).
Step 4
Restock the fast movers
From the Maker plan, low-stock alerts on your core rolls and Suli's reorder list mean no scramble before a market or a drop.
Questions sticker makers ask
How do I track vinyl roll inventory for a sticker business?
Track each roll as a material measured in feet, with a waste allowance in each design's recipe. From the Maker plan, a work order for a print run deducts the footage that run used, so remaining stock reflects what's truly on the roll, not what the packaging said.
How much does it really cost to make a sticker?
Usually more than the vinyl alone: laminate, ink, backing, sleeves and waste typically double the naive number. A 3-inch holographic sticker often lands around $0.20–$0.35 in materials. Keepsel totals your real recipe so the answer is yours, not an average.
How should I price sticker packs versus singles?
Price singles for strong margin, then let packs discount from a known cost. If a sticker costs $0.27 to make, a $4 single and a $12 five-pack are both healthy, and Keepsel shows the margin on each so pack deals never dip below your floor.
Can I track matte, glossy and holographic finishes separately?
Yes. From the Maker plan, finish and size can be variations, each with its own cost (holographic vinyl costs more than matte) and its own stock level.
Does Keepsel work for sticker sheets and die-cut shapes?
Yes. A sheet is a product whose recipe uses more footage than a single die-cut; kiss-cut sheets and die-cut singles live side by side with accurate per-item costs.
Is Keepsel good for a small Etsy sticker shop?
Yes. Starter is free for 30 days, enough to cost your designs properly. From the Maker plan you can enter Etsy's fees so each design's margin is what you keep after them, and add low-stock alerts and finished stock as you grow.
