What can Suli actually do?
Log a supplier receipt from a photo, tell you what's running low, plan what to make from real demand, tell you what's late and what ships today, draft a reply to a customer, and explain how the month went with the math shown.
Does Suli change things without asking?
No. Suli proposes and you say yes. Anything that touches money, like a purchase, a price, a refund or a message to a customer, waits for you or a manager.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on the Team and Business plans. Each person gets their own login and Suli works within their role, so a maker gets help with their runs and never sees your costs or margins.
Does it send messages to my customers?
Not by itself. Suli drafts the reply and checks it; you copy it and send it yourself.
I already keep everything in a spreadsheet.
Bring it. Drop in your materials, products, recipes or past sales, and Suli works out the columns, asks about anything unclear, and lets you check it all in a table before anything goes in.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes. You can speak to Suli and have it read answers back, in your browser.
What happens if the AI is down?
Suli pauses and tells you. Nothing you were doing is lost, and you can carry on when it's back.
Will I get anything without asking?
A short report at the start of each month, and a heads-up in the week a product's margin slips. Both can be turned off.
