Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Keepsel is made by Crater Ink Studios LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

1. Permitted use

You may use Keepsel only for lawful business operations: tracking your inventory, materials, costs, orders, production and profit, with Suli’s help, and organizing how your business runs. You must use it in line with the laws that apply to you.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Illegal activity: breaking any law; fraud or deception; infringing intellectual property.
  • Security violations: getting into accounts, data or systems that are not yours; getting around security; probing, scanning or testing our security without permission; uploading malware.
  • Platform abuse: interfering with how Keepsel works or performs; excessive automated requests or scraping; reselling, copying or exploiting the service; abusing its automation.
  • Misusing Suli: trying to get Suli to produce harmful content, or to get around its limits or safeguards, including the monthly message allowance.
  • Harmful or abusive content: unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing or abusive content; malicious files; impersonation.
  • Illegal or sexual content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving a minor, is strictly prohibited. It will be removed immediately, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, preserved as the law requires, and the account closed immediately. Sexually explicit, adult or obscene content is also not allowed on Keepsel.
  • Fraudulent billing: using stolen payment methods; abusing free trials or promotions; fraudulent chargebacks.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your account secure and your password private; make sure the content and data you upload comply with the law (including your responsibility for your own customers’ personal information under the Terms of service and the Data Processing Addendum); and keep your own copies of anything you cannot do without.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, and may suspend, restrict or close accounts for security threats, fraud, abuse or repeated violations. Where we have a good-faith reason (safety, security, legal compliance, preventing abuse, or support), we may access, review and remove content; and we will report illegal content, including CSAM, to NCMEC and/or law enforcement and preserve it as the law requires.

5. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to hello@keepsel.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will post updates here with a new effective date. Important changes are handled the way the Terms of service describe for changes to the terms.
