Keepsel respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
1. Reporting claimed infringement
If you believe content on Keepsel infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to hello@keepsel.com that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) the copyrighted work you say is infringed; (c) the material you say is infringing, with enough information for us to find it; (d) your contact information (name, address, email); (e) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
2. Our response
When we receive a valid notice, we review it and may remove or disable access to the material and tell the affected user.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to hello@keepsel.com that includes: (a) your signature; (b) the removed material and where it was; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (d) your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction the law provides.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close the accounts of users who infringe repeatedly.
