Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Terms

Effective October 15, 2026

Keepsel is made by Crater Ink Studios LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

1. Subscription services

Keepsel is a digital software subscription: Suli, the AI assistant, and the workspace where your products, stock and costs live. The billing terms are shown before you buy and are set out in the Terms of service. This page explains them in more detail; if the two ever differ, the Terms of service apply.

2. Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly: Maker $29 a month or $290 a year; Team $79 a month or $790 a year; Business $199 a month or $1,990 a year; Enterprise $299 a month or $2,990 a year (25 logins for each business). Questions: hello@keepsel.com. Prices do not include sales tax or similar taxes. Plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want to renew. Before you pay, the plan page shows the price, how often you are charged, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel; you receive a receipt after you subscribe, and for yearly plans a reminder before each renewal.

3. Cancelling, online

You can cancel at any time, online: the business owner opens the account menu, then Plan & billing, then the billing page. No phone call and no hoops. You can also email hello@keepsel.com. After you cancel:

  • you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for;
  • renewals stop and you are not charged again for that plan; and
  • your records are not deleted when the plan ends.

4. Refunds

Because Keepsel is digital, payments are not refundable once a billing period has started, and we do not refund the unused part of a period (the one exception is the upgrade credit for work-order top-ups in section 8). Message packs are not refundable once bought. We will look at refunds case by case for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, charges you did not authorize, or a problem on our side that kept you from using Keepsel.

5. The free trial and other offers

The Starter plan, free for 30 days, is the workspace with up to 10 products and materials and their costs and prices, plus 25 Suli messages for the whole trial, with Suli's Inventory and Finance helpers, once your email is confirmed; sales you record through Suli don't draw stock down, and scanning and work orders aren't included. We do not charge you for it, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself. When the 30 days end, you choose a paid plan to keep using Keepsel; everything you set up stays saved and can be exported in the meantime. If we offer any other trial or promotion, its terms (how long it lasts, and whether and when it becomes a paid plan) are shown before you give any payment details.

6. Changing plan

The business owner can move between plans from Plan & billing, or ask us at hello@keepsel.com and we will do it. A change takes effect straight away, and the difference is charged or credited at that time.

7. Message packs

Each plan includes a number of Suli messages a month, shared by everyone in the business who uses Suli. You can buy extra messages, 250 for $19 or 1,000 for $59, as a one-time purchase. Extra messages are added to the month the payment clears in and last until the count starts over (on your plan's billing date each month, at the time of day your plan renews (on a yearly plan, the same day each month; a billing date on the 29th, 30th or 31st falls on the last day of a shorter month), or, without a paid subscription, at midnight UTC on the 1st of each calendar month (the free trial's Suli messages are for the whole trial and never start over)); they do not carry into the next one, and they are not refundable once bought. When your plan starts, changes between monthly and yearly, or first moves to counting from your billing date, the count running then may end early, at its usual end (such as the end of the calendar month) or on your new billing date, whichever comes first; a short count with a full allowance then runs to your billing date, and extra messages or top-ups bought in the count that ended early end with it. When the messages run out, Suli stops answering until the count starts over or a pack is added; everything else in your account keeps working, and nothing is deleted.

8. Add-ons and the upgrade credit

Beside your plan the business owner can buy optional add-ons, billed in addition to it. Add-ons can be combined freely, and storage packs can be stacked in any mix:

  • Extra logins, from the Team plan: $6 a month each, from Settings → Team.
  • The fulfillment add-on (shipping labels, packing slips and pick lists), on the Business plan: $19 a month or $190 a year, from Plan & billing (Enterprise includes it).
  • Storage packs, from the Maker plan: 25 GB for $4 a month or $40 a year and 100 GB for $10 a month or $100 a year, from Plan & billing.
  • One-time work-order top-ups, on the Maker and Team plans: 5 more for $3 and 10 more for $5, from Production when the month's limit is reached.

Each recurring add-on is its own subscription with its own billing date, billed alongside your plan at the price above (monthly, or yearly where a yearly price is shown), and renews automatically until you cancel it. It is charged when you buy it, not merged into or prorated against your plan’s next invoice. You can cancel a recurring add-on at any time. You keep it until the end of the period you have paid for, with no refund for the rest of that period, and cancelling one add-on affects only that add-on. What it provides (extra logins, extra storage) stays available until then. Work-order top-ups apply only to the month they are bought in (the count starts over on your plan's billing date each month, at the time of day your plan renews (on a yearly plan, the same day each month; a billing date on the 29th, 30th or 31st falls on the last day of a shorter month), or, without a paid subscription, at midnight UTC on the 1st of each calendar month (the free trial's Suli messages are for the whole trial and never start over)) and do not carry over.

If you upgrade to a higher plan within 30 days of buying a work-order top-up, what you paid for it is credited toward the upgrade: It is credited in full once the upgrade is paid: refunded on the upgrade’s invoice where our payment provider allows it, and otherwise (or for any rest) added to your account balance as a credit toward your next invoices. After 30 days it is not credited. Recurring add-ons are not credited on an upgrade; cancel any you no longer need, and their charges stop from that add-on’s next renewal.

9. File storage

Each plan includes an amount of file storage for the photos, receipts, label designs and other files you upload: Starter 250 MB, Maker 5 GB, Team 20 GB, Business 50 GB and Enterprise 100 GB (Enterprise's for each company).

When you reach it, new uploads stop, but nothing you have already uploaded is deleted, hidden or changed: you can still view, print, download and export all of it. To upload again, remove files you no longer need, buy a storage pack, or move to a plan that includes more. If you cancel a storage pack, we do not delete your files because of it: only new uploads stop while you are over the included amount. If your plan ends, nothing is deleted either: the account goes behind a “choose a plan” screen until you pick one, and from that screen you can still download all your data (“Download my data”). Your files are kept under the account and data terms in the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.

10. Chargebacks

Please email hello@keepsel.com before opening a dispute with your bank. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks can lead to the account being suspended.

11. Price changes

We may change prices or features. We give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase applies to your plan, with the chance to cancel first (see the Terms of service).
